Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your Doseit purchase.

Return window: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to start a return: Email support@doseitstore.com with your order number and reason for the return. We'll provide instructions once your request is reviewed.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, items that have been used or opened (where applicable) may not be eligible for return unless defective.

Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@doseitstore.com with photos, and we'll resolve it at no extra cost to you.
